Iron Man Lake Placid 2009

Good Luck CT!
Best of luck to CT this weekend as he travels to Lake Placid for the IM!!!! I don't really believe in luck, so really I want to say "Trust your fitness and enjoy the ride!"

O/W Swim
Aimee has kindly organized an open water swim tomorrow night around 7 pm. Just wanted to let everyone know. It's suppose to be warm so a wetsuit shouldn't be needed! See ya there
