First, I'm wondering how long it will take someone to read this brief post. I wanted to try and get back into the blogging world even though I never was really in it. After getting back into the pool for the past month and getting back on my Rusty red bike am thinking about IM#4. I am contemplating signing up for IM Louisville for next year. Even though Laura will be unable to do it I’m hoping Natalie, Kristen and Ben are going to compete!

I am anticipating a painful Columbus Marathon on Sunday but I’m going to try and not let this affect my decision. I’ve been running too much and have developed a few overuse injuries.
